Blockchain technology | study tips

Blockchain technology

Blockchain technology is a decentralized digital ledger system that has the potential to revolutionize the way we store, transmit, and manage data. It is a secure and transparent system that is based on a distributed network of computers, and it is considered to be one of the most promising technologies of our time.

The basic principle of blockchain technology is that it allows multiple parties to maintain a shared database without the need for a central authority. Each block in the chain contains a record of transactions, and once a block is added to the chain, it cannot be altered or deleted. This makes blockchain technology highly secure and resistant to tampering, as any changes to the database must be agreed upon by the majority of participants in the network.

One of the key benefits of blockchain technology is its transparency and accountability. All parties in the network have a complete and transparent record of all transactions, which helps to reduce the risk of fraud and corruption. This makes it particularly useful for applications where transparency and trust are important, such as financial transactions, supply chain management, and voting systems.

Another benefit of blockchain technology is its ability to create new types of decentralized applications, known as dApps. These applications can run on a peer-to-peer network, without the need for a central authority, and they can be used for a wide range of purposes, from financial transactions and micropayments, to online gaming and social media.

Despite the many benefits of blockchain technology, there are still many challenges to be overcome. One of the biggest challenges is scalability, as the current infrastructure of many blockchain systems is not capable of handling the large number of transactions required for widespread adoption. Another challenge is the lack of standardization and interoperability between different blockchain systems, which makes it difficult for applications and platforms to work together.

In conclusion, blockchain technology is a highly promising technology that has the potential to transform many different industries and applications. With its security, transparency, and decentralized nature, it has the potential to create new types of applications and platforms that can help to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase trust in a wide range of areas. Despite the challenges that remain, the future of blockchain technology is bright, and it is likely to have a major impact on the world in the years to come.

Biotechnology and genetic engineering | study tips

Biotechnology and genetic engineering

Biotechnology and genetic engineering are two related fields that deal with the use of biological systems and processes to create new products and technologies. Biotechnology involves the use of living organisms or their components, such as enzymes, to create new products, such as medicines, vaccines, and biofuels. Genetic engineering, on the other hand, involves the manipulation of an organism's genetic material, such as its DNA, to create new traits and characteristics.

Biotechnology has already had a significant impact on our world, with products such as insulin, used to treat diabetes, and human growth hormone, used to treat growth disorders, being developed using biotechnology techniques. In addition, biotechnology is also being used to develop new and more sustainable forms of energy, such as biofuels, and to create new and more efficient industrial processes, such as the use of enzymes to break down plant material into sugars that can be used to produce biofuels.

Genetic engineering, on the other hand, has the potential to revolutionize the field of medicine, by allowing for the creation of new treatments for a wide range of diseases, as well as the development of new crops and livestock with improved traits, such as increased yield, improved disease resistance, and better nutritional content. Genetic engineering is also being used to produce new and more effective vaccines, as well as to create new diagnostic tools for the detection of diseases.

However, there are also a number of concerns and ethical issues associated with biotechnology and genetic engineering. For example, there are concerns about the potential risks and impacts of genetically-engineered organisms on the environment, as well as the potential for the development of new and dangerous forms of technology. There are also ethical and social implications associated with the use of biotechnology and genetic engineering, such as the potential for the creation of new forms of inequality, as well as the potential for the exploitation of vulnerable populations.

In conclusion, biotechnology and genetic engineering are two rapidly-growing fields that have the potential to revolutionize a wide range of industries and applications. With their ability to create new and more efficient products and technologies, they have the potential to bring about significant advancements in fields such as medicine, agriculture, and energy production. Despite the challenges and concerns associated with these fields, the future of biotechnology and genetic engineering is bright, and it is likely to have a major impact on the world in the years to come.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning | study tips

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are rapidly transforming the world as we know it. AI refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines, while ML is a subfield of AI that deals with the development of algorithms that enable machines to learn from data.

The development of AI and ML has revolutionized many industries, from healthcare to finance and beyond. In healthcare, for example, AI and ML are being used to analyze medical images and diagnose diseases with greater accuracy than humans. In finance, AI and ML algorithms are being used to detect fraud, manage risk, and improve investment performance.

One of the key advantages of AI and ML is their ability to process large amounts of data quickly and accurately. This is made possible by the development of powerful computing systems that are capable of handling vast amounts of information. Additionally, AI and ML algorithms can improve their performance over time by processing more data and finding patterns in that data, allowing them to make better predictions and take more informed actions.

Another advantage of AI and ML is that they can automate tasks that would otherwise be time-consuming or even impossible for humans to perform. For example, in the field of computer vision, AI and ML algorithms can be trained to identify objects in images and videos, which can be used to automate tasks such as quality control and security.

Despite these benefits, there are also some concerns about the use of AI and ML. One concern is the potential for AI and ML algorithms to perpetuate existing biases and discrimination in society. For example, an ML algorithm trained on data that contains gender or racial bias will likely produce biased results when making predictions or decisions.

To address these concerns, it is important to ensure that AI and ML algorithms are developed and used responsibly. This includes using diverse and representative data sets to train the algorithms, and regularly auditing the algorithms to identify and address any biases that may have been introduced.

In conclusion, AI and ML are rapidly transforming the world and have the potential to revolutionize many industries. While there are concerns about the use of these technologies, responsible development and use of AI and ML algorithms can help ensure that their benefits are realized while minimizing their negative impacts.

Remedy for exam anxiety | study tips

 Remedy for exam anxiety.

When an exam is approaching, those who are facing the exam get fear of the exam. This is known as exam phobia/exam stress. Studies have shown that this fear can lead to exam failure, headaches, skin diseases and mental distress. There are times when some children's memory goes down to zero because of this fear. Therefore, it is very important for one to understand what exam phobia is. On the other hand, we cannot avoid the examination because of fear. If so, the loss is ours. Therefore, what should be done is not to leave the exam and run away, but to defeat the fear.

Sometimes even a really dedicated child who works very well in class can have exam fear. Exam fear can be caused by several reasons. The first is not being properly prepared. The second is not being able to use the subject matter properly. The third is the thought of being judged by others. Children also develop fear of exams by often thinking that parents will lose their trust in them.

"I studied so much. Are you still there?" Some people break the other's heart. So avoid asking your friend how much she has studied. The moment when the exam anxiety is strong is when the question paper is taken. Some people faint when they see difficult questions one after another. Some people's vision becomes blue. If the first question is difficult, skip it and go for two. You should not ask your friends how they answered a question paper (if there are other question papers in the coming days). Then there is a possibility that he will be disappointed with himself. Also, don't go to study new subjects when the exam is just around the corner (a few hours or a day). It can also make you forget what you know.

It is necessary to have some confidence in one's ability. But too much confidence is not good either. Overconfidence (overconfidence) may make one not interested in study work. "I know I can do it. So why work harder?"

Therefore, it is appropriate to study until the last moment.

It is good to think that the exam will be easy for you and you will write it well. But sometimes the exam may be difficult. So don't stop your studies because of your overconfidence.

Studying continuously during exam time will make you tired. There is nothing wrong with taking a break from time to time to get rid of this physical and mental strain. After studying for two or three hours, take a break of five or ten minutes. Listen to a song during that time. Get some exercise. If necessary, engage in a sport for a very short time. (like carrom, table tennis which does not strain the body so much). If necessary, give a phone call to a friend. But do not resort to watching television or surfing the internet during the exam period. Especially don't refer to the internet. Because it may be difficult to get out of it.

A mistake that children make while writing the question paper is spending more time on the questions that they think are difficult. As a result, there is less time to write easy questions that can fetch more marks. So always write good answers to easy questions first. Second, write difficult questions. Don't sit and watch others while writing answers. It will cause you some mental problem and waste your time.

There is a big mistake that some children make during the exam. It is to think about it after writing an exam question paper one day. Sometimes these children do not feel comforted by thinking and go to see if the answers they have written are correct. For that, they go to discuss with friends as well as look at notebooks. This causes two losses. The first is a waste of valuable time. The second is to know if you have answered a question paper unsuccessfully. Then you will feel uncomfortable. That inconvenience is an obstacle to do your future papers successfully.

A few study tips | study tips

 A few study tips

The problem for many people is that it is difficult to get used to preparing for an exam. I mean, when the background is made, the mind is automatically ready to study.

Try to add notes to it first. If it is university, before the study leave, copy the photo and make the basic lecture notes.

Next, clear the study table. Try to change the place instead of the usual place. Place in a sunny, ventilated area.

Before every exam, if possible, buy some new stationary. You can get it very cheaply. Organize them separately. If you are someone who likes it, it is right by the table. Now this will make our mind adjust to the target we want to study.

Next, make a time table. If the work load is too much, break it into small pieces and subjects. Allocate days for subjects. Then you won't get stuck. A day is kept for revision in every subject. Divide as topics in Subjects gap.

At this time, our mind is getting fixed in the study mood. Therefore, we can go through the notes and see what is missing and fill them in. We can call our friends and start fixing the deficiencies. In this step, we get an understanding about the capacity we have to study. Then, if the time table made above seems to be stuck, it should be balanced again.

Keep a separate book to do the past paper several times and mark MCQ in it. Leave the date and write the number of correct answers above. You can recognize your progress and the area where you often make mistakes.

If you feel like you can't stay in one place when you start working, do as much as you can and take a short break

Tips to remember facts | study tips

Don't you remember to study? Bored to study?

A minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8 hours should be slept

We have to look at the book at least four times and recite each fact from memory. That's when we remember that fact well

Do not study for more than 45 minutes. Our mind also feels tired. So we need to give our mind a little rest. Then it will be easier for us to remember the facts well. We should study again after taking a short break of 10 minutes out of 45 minutes.

Reflect on the things we study the night before the next morning. Even though we think we remember well after finishing the things we study today, we forget everything in two or three days. want After that, I want to see that lesson even after a week. We need to reflect our memory.

The best time to study things that we think is difficult is from 3 am to 7 am. This is the best time for you to study difficult things.

To remember a lesson, break that lesson into parts. Note the sub-sections as short notes as appropriate.

If a fact is difficult to remember, build a creative sentence based on that fact

By telling someone else the things being studied, those things can be emphasized better.

Build a diagram for each point and try to remember the facts quickly with the help of  those diagrams.

Overthinking | study tips

 Overthinking .

Overthinking often means remembering bad memories of our past and thinking about bad things that might happen in the future. The past is something that has already happened. There is no point in remembering it at all. The future is something that has not happened yet. If you remember bad things about it, more bad things will come to your head.

Everything around us is made of energy. Everything has energy. Thoughts also have energy. if you Think about the things that  negative, and you will be attracted more and more only by the things that you negative.

So if you are a person who overthinks, you have dreams about your future. you have goals you want to reach. see those things in your mind as you have achieved them. see in your mind how you will achieve those things. and you will reach those goals. Visualize how happy you will be after taking it. Do this every day.

And work hard for those things right now.

And practice this too. Thank the universe for the things you get every day. Take note of what you get today. You have a table to study. You have a phone to make it easy for you to study. Take notes like this. Give thanks for that.

And increase your value yourself. Learn everything you can. Work hard for it.

Phone addiction | study tips

Stay away from the phone and study well.

You can't live without your phone, right? You remember your phone when you go to study, don't you? So listen to this story

The phone is one of the main targets of capitalists. You are just wasting your time on your phone. You feel it when you have about a month or a week before the exam. Don't tell me not to use the phone. For a limit, one or two hours a day is enough

Ways to get rid of phone addiction,

Turn off notifications on social media apps

Don't go to group chat too much.

Chat with friends only for what is necessary.

Think about your parents, keep your phone aside and study.

Learn while learning.

Use the phone only for educational work

Do not pick up the phone in the morning.

If it is difficult to get rid of the phone, go without using the phone for three hours and reduce the time you use the phone day by day. (This is the best thing one can do)

Keep the phone out of your sight.

Turn off the phone while studying.

study at morning | study tips

Tips for those who study in the morning

1. Apply a wash

First thing in the morning, as soon as you get up, put on a good wash. It is very good to study continuously after fresher. It is better to wash with slightly cold water than with hot water. Then the slyness that you have will also be revealed. Then you can study with good attention without being bored all the time.

2. Drink a glass of water

Water is something our body needs. Drink at least a glass of water before you start studying. After that, drink a glass of water every half hour. Even then you can study anything continuously without getting bored.

5. Eat a full stomach

All you need to do before starting your studies is to eat something that fills your stomach. It is also important that this is a good nutritious meal. Then you won't feel hungry while studying. You can study continuously. And you can drink coffee or milk in the morning.

6. Don't drink coffee the night before

In the article advising those who study at night, we said to drink some coffee while studying. But drinking coffee the night before a day when you intend to study in the morning is risky. Because if coffee makes you sleepy, you will have less time to sleep. Then you will feel lazy to get up the next day.

7. A small break in the middle

This is anything you can do while studying at any time. You can take a short break of about ten minutes for half an hour. At that time, you can take a walk outside, listen to a song, or have a small snack. But if you want to use social media, don't go at this time.

study at night | study tips

Tips for those who study at night

1. A nap in the afternoon

If you are going to study at night, it would be better to take a nap during the day, that is, half an hour. If someone is busy with other work during the day and comes a little tired, it is okay to take an hour's sleep.

2. Coffee

When we study, we should take a small break in the middle of about five to ten minutes. Then you can drink something like coffee to refresh yourself. Coffee can control our sleepiness so we can study longer.

3. Water

Drink as much water as you can while studying at night. Then you will feel a little fresher. Also, after drinking too much water, you need to go to the bathroom. Even then, the boredom of staying in the same place for a long time will go away

6. A subject that doesn't feel boring

This is something that needs to be considered. Do not choose to study subjects that are difficult for you while studying at night. Then, with the increase in brain strain, sleepiness is likely to occur. Even if you choose a difficult subject, you should study an easy part of that subject

6. Don't be the same

Use methods like mind maps to study. There are many posts on how to do those things on our site. If you study without being confined to a single framework, those facts will be remembered for a long time.

Making study schedule | study tips

Let's make a schedule to make it easier to study successfully

1. What kind of one?

First, see what kind of schedule suits you. One a month, one a week, or one a year. But it is very good to make one per month. Or maybe you feel bored while studying the same subject every day.

2. How many hours a day do you spend studying?

Put in your schedule that you study a difficult subject for 30-45 minutes. Put a slightly easier subject after the difficult one. It is okay to take a short break of 10 minutes in between.

3. Is it just homework?

You can put your hobbies like watching a movie or TV series, reading books etc. in this. If it's like a movie, it's very good if you put it on like one a week. A TV series is about half an hour a day. If you want, you can read a book or listen to a soothing song during the aforementioned break. But don't watch movies and TV series while studying.

4. Set a reminder

Nowadays, technology is very advanced. Everyone has reminder apps on their phones. If you forget something related to the schedule, you can add it to the reminder app. Then you don't need to keep your head on that schedule sheet all the time.

5. Let's reduce unnecessary things

The unnecessary thing meant the phone . Getting used to doing and viewing many things on the phone is a habit that wastes a lot of time without realizing it. Cut down a lot on your schedule. Otherwise, when it is approaching like an exam, it will be very difficult to reduce the time spent on this.

6. More room for difficult ones

difficult ones meant hard subjects. As mentioned earlier, spend 30 to 45 minutes on difficult subjects. But do this every day. Because the subjects we think are difficult are often the most important subjects. So try to get maximum marks for them.

7. Don't always

You can go on a trip of your choice several times a year, or go to a movie hall with family and friends to watch a good movie. Be as relaxed as possible. Don't stop studying like that. Balance everything and move on

exam | study tips

Even if the time for the exam is less or the exam is near, easy ways to study without any worry.

1) Don't study late at night.

Study during the day instead of studying at night as much as possible. Sleep is very important for memory. So rather than sleeping for a short time and studying for a long time, sleep at least around 10-11 pm. Study all day from morning. One more thing is to try to sleep after studying 10-11 tonight. Reserve that time for sleep.

2) Get away from the phone.

Also, stay away from television. Watch only good programs. You can learn something valuable by watching telecasts.

3) Study continuously for a short period of time

like 25-30 minutes. After this, take a 5 minute break. Study again for 25-30 minutes and take a break again.

4) Divide the lesson to be completed today into subsections.

At the end of the day, make a plan for one or two lessons. Work on that plan. Divide the study part in the first few minutes like this. That part should be a part that can be studied in 25-30 minutes. Finish one by one. Understand the lesson. Learning by heart should not be understanding. When this lesson is over, you can find out yourself whether you have studied correctly.

5) At the end of the day, if you have not studied, close the books and put everything aside and write on a piece of paper as you understand from memory. Use a nice colored pen and make a small short note in a way you like. Just look at this short note when the exam is near.

6) Study while listening to music if you are comfortable.

This is a good thing to remember. It is difficult for some people, they should not try this. This is not songs. Music is music without words or song. It should be light music that calms the mind.

sleep vs study (ii) | study tips

I can study, but I feel sleepy when I study.

Here are some small points to study fresher without sleepiness.

1. Our brain tries to sleep when it gets a little dark. There are reasons for this. As it gets dark, melatonin starts to be secreted from the brain and sleepiness is caused by that secretion. This is why he says not to study in dark places. When that happens, the brain tries to sleep. Therefore, the place you use to study should be a place with a lot of light. Don't study with lights even during the day. Prepare your study table for natural light.

2. Do not study after eating a heavy meal. The reason is that when we eat a heavy meal, the blood flow to the brain decreases and this causes a little sleepiness. So, do not go to the table for a while after a heavy meal. Take some free time and study again. If not, take a small meal and study. When studying for a long time, eat something like a small fruit.

3. Drink water. This will give you new inspiration. But don't keep a bottle of water where you study. Instead, keep water in the refrigerator or kitchen. Stop studying for a while and get up and drink water. If necessary, wash your face with cold water. You don't need to do this often, but do it occasionally.

4. Don't use a bed to study. Because it is really a pain for the brain. Instead, keep the table or any other place as you like. To study, sit in a straight position on the chair. It will keep you refreshed.

5. If you can change your study posture, for example, instead of sitting, walk and study. If not, read aloud. Try to change your posture or method in this way.

6. Take a short break between studies. Do not stay at the study place during this break.

7. Do not use too much caffeine, two or three times a day is not a problem.

8. Study the theory lessons in the morning and do the difficult lessons in the morning. Do your favorite easy and practical lessons in the night.

9. Definitely get a good light sleep. This is not a ten to twelve hour sleep but a healthy six to seven hour sleep. Sleep is necessary for a good memory.

How to be motivated | study tips

 How to be motivated?

It's easy to be motivated. It is really difficult to maintain motivation. Let's talk about some tips today to keep your enthusiasm going.

1.) Identify clearly.

Who do you want to be? what do you want to do? What is your favorite life style? Think exactly what your dream, purpose, goal is. You become unique from others in clearly defining what you want.

2.) kick off.

Nothing happens automatically. Learning is not done automatically. Money does not come automatically. Love for life does not happen automatically. Don't procrastinate saying that this is not the best time. If it is an exam, collect the notes properly. If you are in an independent career, look for those opportunities. To start a new chapter in life, try to forget the old things.

3.) Follow The Swiss Cheese Method.

Dreams are not something that will come true in one day. It is a long term process. This Swiss Cheese Method is good for reducing the pressure felt when working hard for the same purpose for many years. It means dividing a big work into small parts. In this sharing, you should focus on that small task at that time. One day you will achieve your final goal without realizing it as you complete the small tasks one by one and move forward.

4.) Identify challenges.

The worst mistake we make is not seeing risks and challenges. Be aware of the things you will face while going towards your goal. Then they are not a surprise. There will not be a big crash.

5.) Maintaining a positive mind.

Positive does not always mean being optimistic. It is about having faith that even the bad days will soon pass and good times will come again. So stay away from people who say negative things like "Oh, that's not possible", "That's not right", "We knew someone and this happened". Whoever tries to destroy your peace of mind, guard your mind from those who sow those germs.

6.) Be thankful.

Every day and night, be happy that you have come this far. Be proud of yourself for overcoming challenges. Thank yourself. Appreciate yourself.

7.) Learn from mistakes.

Making wrong decisions does not mean that life is wrong. Learn from mistakes.

8.) Make a bucket list.

This bucket list thing is something that makes you love to live. List the things that are like little dreams. When you feel bored, take a look at this list. Giving you hope again.

9.) Change the inputs.

That is, improve the things you put into your mind. Look at things like Tedtalks and Motivational Podcasts when looking for other people's gossip. Follow people like Jay Shetty. Look for beautiful things on Pinterest. Watch Inspirational Videos on Tiktok. Share good things with Social Media. If possible, read a few pages of a book you like every night. Make time for things that are 100% yours.

10.) Consult the right people when you need help.

Be wise to choose those who will sincerely help you. Respond to pressure when you feel it. Rest when tired. Rest is not an obstacle to your purpose. Be strong again and make your dreams come true.

These things are not difficult to do. These are some tips that you can try in a very practical way. There is no need to do all this. You will find the right one. So try it. The weekend is the perfect two days to think about things like this. You can create answers to all your questions.

Happy Studying!

sleep vs study (i) | study tips

 sleep vs study

We spend about one third of our life sleeping. So if we want to improve our life, we have to pay special attention to our sleep. This article talks about how we can make the most of our sleep time and improve our mood as well as our memory.

This will be very important for those who study late at night. Because if you work in this way, you can learn how to fall asleep quickly and get a good sleep. It will improve your memory and you will be able to spend your working time refreshingly and productively.

Although it varies from person to person, generally we all need 6-8 hours of sleep. There is no point in studying after sleeping for three to four hours, because the things we study go from short-term memory to long-term memory during sleep. (This is called memory consolidation)

So what can you do to sleep faster and increase the quality of your sleep?

1. Get used to sleeping at the same time every day

Think about your daily routine and choose a time that is convenient for you. When you get used to going to bed at the same time every day, you can fall asleep faster. And can wake up.

2. Don't drink caffeinated drinks six hours before going to bed

Many people drink tea and coffee while studying at night. This is a bad habit. Because they disturb our sleep quality. That's why sometimes even after sleeping for hours, you still feel sleepy in the morning.

3. Apply a blue light filter

We are evolved to wake up when it's daylight and sleep when it's dark. This is controlled by our body's circadian rhythm. (To be understood, he is the time keeper of our body)

But even at night time, due to the light coming from our smart phone and TV, he could not recognize the day and night. This also disturbs our sleep. What we can do about this is not to watch smart phone or TV even an hour before going to bed. Because the blue light coming from them disturbs our sleep more than any other light.

Or we can put a blue light filter on the phone.(night shift on iPhone and night mode on Android.)

4. Sleep in pitch darkness

Because even the smallest light can disturb our sleep

5. If you can't sleep,

Take a bath before going to sleep, relax and relax

Reserve the bed only for sleeping. (Then the brain makes a connection that bed = sleep. Then it's easy to fall asleep.)

Maybe you think that if you sleep so much, you won't be able to do any work. Not like that. This sleep increases the benefit of your work. Do your best when you are awake.

Happy Studying!

Summary –

  •  Get used to sleeping at the same time every day
  •  Don't drink caffeinated drinks six hours before going to bed
  •  Apply a blue light filter

How to stay focused?| Study Tips

  How to stay focused?

Attention is very important for everyone. You can reduce the number of mistakes you may make by giving proper attention and engaging in that work. Attention is also very important to successfully complete that activity. But the problem for many people is that they have difficulty keeping their attention in one place. In this article, I will show you a simple way to keep your attention in one place and be able to do any task. That is POMODORO TECHNIQUE.

This was introduced by an Italian student named Fransessco Cirillo. Pomodoro means tomato in Italian. There are 5 steps here.

1) Activity selection

Here you have to select the activity or task you are going to perform. If you are using this method to study, I suggest you use most boring subjects you don't like in the morning or afternoon. Spend the night on your favorite subjects. If you're using this at work, start with the action you need to deliver or finish soon.

Most importantly, choose one activity at a time.

2) Get away from all distractions.

Put away all distractions for a while. Stay away from everything, especially the phone, social media, external noises. You choose the position that is most convenient for you to work. Let those around you know that you are going to work with some difficulty. If possible, use an app that blocks social media.

3) 25 minutes

In this method, you should perform the activity for 25 minutes.

That is, you keep the time at 25 minutes. Do only that action within those 25 minutes. Leave other outside work for later.

4) 5 minutes

After that 25 minutes take a 5 minute break. Do not engage in activities that last more than 5 minutes during this break. Take a short break away from work. Take a good breath. Drink a glass of water. Listen to some music. Once the 5 minutes are up, move on to the next 25 minutes.

5) Long rest

After four times (25-minute segments) like this, take a 20-minute break. Listen to a song you like during that break. Engage in an activity that refreshes the mind. Relax your mind so that you can give full attention to the action for the next 25 minutes. If there is nothing in your activity within these 20 minutes, stop thinking about the previous work. Relax the mind as much as possible. Now at the end of 20 minutes work again.

By practicing this method continuously, it is possible to do any work efficiently and with good focus.

Happy Studying!

Ways to help remember | Study Tips

If you follow these things, studying is not a big deal.

We learn from the day we are born until the day we die. There are two main ways of learning. Formal learning and informal learning. Informal learning refers to learning through the experiences of our everyday life. Formal learning is the education we receive according to a specific curriculum. We get formal education in schools and universities. Exams are a challenge that we have to face in formal education. In order to pass the exams, we need to remember the subject matter. In this article, we focus on 10 ways to help you remember in formal learning.

1. Constantly focus on your subject matter.

Attention, attention, attention.

Attention is a very important aspect to remember. The information we receive is our short term Attention is essential to transfer from memory to long-term memory. That is, constant attention to information. Always use a place for studying that is not disturbed by devices such as television, radio, etc. to maintain focus.

A clear and peaceful environment clearly affects our ability to focus. It is also very important that our inner self is clear. Especially our cleanliness. Research shows that our focus is more active when we shower, clean, and study.

2.Avoid the continuous memorization method and use a systematic term method.

Research confirms that studying with breaks according to a time frame is more effective than studying continuously. This research shows us that studying like running a marathon is not effective. We hear and see some of our friends doze off and study for hours. Maybe we do too. But often it doesn't give us the desired result. The reason for this is that the amount of time a person can concentrate on something is limited.

The maximum amount of time a healthy adult can concentrate on one thing is between 30 and 40 minutes. After that, no matter how much we study, it is often a futile attempt. Therefore, the best method is to use the term system. That is, after studying for about 30 minutes, taking a break of 5 to 10 minutes. In this break, you can listen to a song, walk outside the house and break the monotony. After that you can start studying again.

3. Always organize your subject matter.

Research shows that information always travels to the relevant part of our brain. That is, information exists in categories. We can benefit from this in our studies. By always sending our information to the relevant category, we will be able to remember it easily. Always try to group similar concepts into one category.

Our brain often remembers organized information easily.

4. Use mnemonic techniques to remember information.

Mnemonics are simple tricks to recall information. For example, associate the things you need to remember with something very close to you and remember. More effective mnemonic strategies are poems, songs, or short phrases that are satirical.

5. Study with understanding and detail.

Things studied without understanding are not remembered. In order to recall something we have studied, we need to store it in long-term memory. In this way, studying with comprehension can be considered as a more successful method of entering information into our long-term memory. Things studied without understanding are not remembered.

For example, if you want to remember a subject matter, first define that matter. Then read and study more about it. Do this a few times and you will find that you can easily remember it.

6. Match the new information with what you have learned before.

When learning something new, always look for the connection between what you have learned and what you have learned. Thus finding the connection between new facts and old facts makes recalling them very easy. The old fact comes to mind because of the new fact or the new fact because of the old fact.

7. Use mental pictures to remember.

An often successful technique is the use of mental imagery while studying. A mental image is what we remember as a picture. Diagrams, charts, and graphs are often successful in the use of mental imagery. So convert the subject matter of your long paragraph into tables, figures, graphs, etc. It is also successful to highlight important points using colored pens in your notes. Then you remember them as mental pictures.

8. Teach someone else what you have learned.

Research shows that reading aloud is a successful method of memorization. Another fact that psychologists have discovered is that when we share something we have learned with another person, our understanding and memory of that connection grows. This can be practiced by teaching a friend of yours. It will expand your understanding of what you have learned and also develop your memory.

9. Spend more time on difficult issues.

Often the beginning and end points of a chapter are easily memorized. Research shows that remembering things in between is a difficult task. Here you can achieve successful results by spending extra time on these difficult matters. Always spend extra time when the lesson is difficult.

10. Always change the way you study.

Another way to improve memory is to change the way you study from time to time. For example, if you always study from the same place, get out of it and go to another place to study. If you study in the evening, try to recall what you studied in the morning. By changing the way you study from time to time, you will be able to get better results.

Mentioned above are some of the memorizing tricks. Hope you will succeed in your endeavors by using those methods.

Mind Maps | Study Tips

Mind Map

Let me ask a small question first. Do you remember more images? Or the written clauses? Everyone's answer to this question is pictures. That's normal because we're evolutionarily designed to remember pictures, not letters.

But everything we want to remember is always given to the brain as these letters. It can't be without that, because you can't even draw for everything you have to study.

But we can make the way we take notes and make short notes a little heavier on the pictorial side. Then it is easy for the brain to remember it.

Tony Buzan invented this method.

Similar to the mentioned advantage of these mind maps, when making this we make connections between the facts we know, so we understand the lesson better. Also, because a page-long note can be shortened to one page, it will be very convenient for you to look at the notes again and again. When you remember the mind map in the exam, you can write the answers to the essay questions without any problems.

So, how do we make a mind map?

Take a half sheet and keep it crosswise and write the topic of making the note in the middle of it. After that, write the sub-titles that come under that title like branches around it.

Next, write only the most special words and ideas (key words & key concepts) of the things you need to know under those subheadings very briefly as branches.(Don't write long and long notes on this. It's enough to write two or three words to remember the relevant point. It's a brain task to remember it when you look at it again.)

The other special thing is to match as many small images/colors as possible.(Remember the clever images of our brains.)But don't waste too much time on this. It doesn't matter if the images are ugly.

If you continue like this, you will get a short but complete note related to your topic.

When looking at the note again, look at the key words and remember the relevant point exactly. This is much more effective than reading books again and again. Because here we train our brain to remember those facts, it will be very convenient for you in the exam

So wait no more. Do your brain a favor. Start taking notes so that he can understand.

Happy Studying!

Summary –

  • It is easy for the brain to remember the facts of mind maps.
  • Write the topic of the note in the middle of the paper and show the sub-topics and relevant facts branching off from it.
  • Write facts briefly. Draw pictures. use Colors .
  • Otherwise, look at the mind map and remember the whole lesson.
