 I can study, but I feel sleepy when I study.



Here are some small points to study fresher without sleepiness.


1. Our brain tries to sleep when it gets a little dark. There are reasons for this. As it gets dark, melatonin starts to be secreted from the brain and sleepiness is caused by that secretion. This is why he says not to study in dark places. When that happens, the brain tries to sleep. Therefore, the place you use to study should be a place with a lot of light. Don't study with lights even during the day. Prepare your study table for natural light.


2. Do not study after eating a heavy meal. The reason is that when we eat a heavy meal, the blood flow to the brain decreases and this causes a little sleepiness. So, do not go to the table for a while after a heavy meal. Take some free time and study again. If not, take a small meal and study. When studying for a long time, eat something like a small fruit.


3. Drink water. This will give you new inspiration. But don't keep a bottle of water where you study. Instead, keep water in the refrigerator or kitchen. Stop studying for a while and get up and drink water. If necessary, wash your face with cold water. You don't need to do this often, but do it occasionally.


4. Don't use a bed to study. Because it is really a pain for the brain. Instead, keep the table or any other place as you like. To study, sit in a straight position on the chair. It will keep you refreshed.


5. If you can change your study posture, for example, instead of sitting, walk and study. If not, read aloud. Try to change your posture or method in this way.


6. Take a short break between studies. Do not stay at the study place during this break.


7. Do not use too much caffeine, two or three times a day is not a problem.


8. Study the theory lessons in the morning and do the difficult lessons in the morning. Do your favorite easy and practical lessons in the night.


9. Definitely get a good light sleep. This is not a ten to twelve hour sleep but a healthy six to seven hour sleep. Sleep is necessary for a good memory.
