Even if the time for the exam is less or the exam is near, easy ways to study without any worry.
1) Don't study late at night.
Study during the day instead of studying at night as much as possible. Sleep is very important for memory. So rather than sleeping for a short time and studying for a long time, sleep at least around 10-11 pm. Study all day from morning. One more thing is to try to sleep after studying 10-11 tonight. Reserve that time for sleep.
2) Get away from the phone.
Also, stay away from television. Watch only good programs. You can learn something valuable by watching telecasts.
3) Study continuously for a short period of time
like 25-30 minutes. After this, take a 5 minute break. Study again for 25-30 minutes and take a break again.
4) Divide the lesson to be completed today into subsections.
At the end of the day, make a plan for one or two lessons. Work on that plan. Divide the study part in the first few minutes like this. That part should be a part that can be studied in 25-30 minutes. Finish one by one. Understand the lesson. Learning by heart should not be understanding. When this lesson is over, you can find out yourself whether you have studied correctly.
5) At the end of the day, if you have not studied, close the books and put everything aside and write on a piece of paper as you understand from memory. Use a nice colored pen and make a small short note in a way you like. Just look at this short note when the exam is near.
6) Study while listening to music if you are comfortable.
This is a good thing to remember. It is difficult for some people, they should not try this. This is not songs. Music is music without words or song. It should be light music that calms the mind.
